SNCR and SCR denitrification in steel plants

Instructions:

(1) In the denitrification system, the compressed air system is used to atomize the reducing agent, enabling it to be sprayed into the furnace in an atomized state.

(2) During operation, adjust the compressed air pressure so that it is 0.05 MPa higher than the reducing agent pressure, typically set at 0.4 MPa.

(3) Depending on the actual site conditions, decide whether to use the existing air compressor or install a new one.

(4) After leaving the compressed air storage tank, the compressed air is directed to the metering and distribution module for pressure reduction and distribution, with a pressure transmitter installed on the pipeline.

(5) The compressed air system can also be interlocked with the supply of the reducing agent in the pipeline, ensuring that the system cannot supply the reducing agent without compressed air, thereby safeguarding the safe operation of the boiler.

(6) The compressed air system is equipped with filters and automatic drain valves.
